Power Vinyasa Yoga - 60 Minutes 

Power Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flowing style of yoga that builds strength, flexibility, and stamina. Linking breath to movement, it offers a strong physical practice while also cultivating mental focus and inner resilience. Expect to sweat, move with intention, and finish feeling both grounded and energised.

Refine & Align Workshops - 5-15 Minutes

These short, focused workshops offer a deeper exploration of key yoga poses and the transitions between them. You’ll refine your alignment, build confidence, and uncover subtle details often missed in regular classes. Whether you're looking to strengthen your foundation or evolve your practice, these sessions offer a nourishing blend of technique, embodiment, and mindful movement.

Yin Yoga - 60 Minutes 

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body. Poses are held for several minutes, allowing for deep release, increased flexibility, and stillness of mind. It’s a grounding, inward journey—perfect for calming the nervous system and restoring balance.

Guided Meditation - Up To 20 Minutes

Step into stillness with these deeply restorative guided meditations, designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and reconnect you with your inner self. Whether you're seeking clarity, emotional release, or simply a pause from daily life, each session offers a gentle journey inward—supported by breath, presence, and spacious awareness. Suitable for all levels, these meditations range up to 60 minutes, allowing you to drop into a deeper state of peace and connection.
