Your team will receive guided meditation sessions to centre their minds, ground them, and relieve them of stress and anxiety. This will aid in them bringing a calm, non-reactive state to their work and their interactions with one another, with clients and others they come into interaction with throughout the day.

Include personal development and team building sessions in half day to full weekend sessions with movement, meditation and personal inquiry elements that help people have insight into themselves, understanding and empathy for others and that build connections between the participants.
