Service Description

 Group classes on an ongoing basis in your workplace before work hours, at lunch times, or in the evenings. For these sessions I can supply equipment and I will teach the style of yoga that you seek whether it be more of a workout or more of an exercise in relaxation. I can teach breathing practices and meditation.  Team building and workplace connection sessions. For a one-off challenge or exercise in bringing colleagues together in a non-hierarchical, community building way, I can present an experience that is challenging, fun and uniting for the participants.  One-off sessions in breathing, meditation and/or movement whether by way of yoga practise or Pilates to help your staff and employees have access to good practises for their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. I can include a discussion on matters relating to mental well-being, stress management and how to navigate the challenging waters of everyday life in an equanimous way.  Special programmes for staff development which are aimed at creating greater awareness on the part of each individual of their tendencies so that they have greater insight into themselves and greater understanding of those with whom they are working. This creates better communication and a more collaborative experience in your workplace. I run these sessions in half-day, day long or weekend programmes. My programmes include movement, inquiry, and group integration sessions.
