HAMISH'S YOGA SERVICES

I am a yoga teacher of considerable experience who formerly ran Apollo Power Yoga for 14 years.

​I now teach at a variety of venues, providing power yoga, yin yoga, meditation and personal development classes and programmes.  ​From Tuesday to Friday I teach classes at 9:30 am, on Monday and Wednesday I teach classes at 5:00 pm, and on Sundays I teach a class at 9:00 am, at a variety of venues in eastern Christchurch, New Zealand.​

By negotiation I will come to your venue or arrange a venue for corporate sessions whether as a one-off or as an ongoing series.
